Hi everyone!
Righto, firstly I’d just like to say big ups to everyone that came down to Riki Tiks last week! We had a great time and we hope you did too! Extra special big ups to DVNT who played a cracking set at the end of the night 
Now, once again I’d like to apologise for the technical problems that led to no Hubie Sounds two weeks ago. We’re crossing all our fingers and toes that everything goes off without a hitch this time! So, as promised last time, this week we will be presenting to you an extra special guest mix from Lunar Shift! If you like your beats broken and your basslines dirtier than a tramp in Elephant & Castle, then you’re gonna love this mix! For more info about the lads, read on…
Ian Radcliffe and Dan Hicks aka Lunar Shift first met 10 years ago. Realising they shared a passion for dance music, they DJ’d and promoted their own breaks nights in the East Anglia region. They began making breaks in 2006, with initial releases on their own imprint, 192K Records. Continuing to push their sound with other labels together with support from Annie Nightingale on Radio One and Jay Cunning on Kiss FM, they are looking forward to a busy year of releases……
In terms of what they are up to, the duo have a few local gigs coming up, but they are mostly in the studio, working on new releases. Ian and Dan had a release on Ego Shot last month and this week Supatronix had a release of which they did a remix. Coming up for the rest of the year, the lads have two more remixes on Ego Shot and their own material out on Definition, Bass Reflections, Supatronix, Big Square and Electrofly.

Hey everyone!
Do you live in or around Brighton? Are you up for an evening of booze-fuelled fun and shenanigans? Are you free this Thursday night? If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions then may I suggest, nay, demand you come down to Riki Tiks this Thursday night for a super duper Brap party!
That’s right, this Thursday night Brap are throwing another of their excellent fortnightly parties at Riki Tiks, with the Drum Monkeys, plus Brap’s own DVNT, Pook and yours truely spinning party tunes til 2am! It’s FREE ENTRY all night so you don’t really have any excuse not to come down and have a boogie! Never mind the hangover at work the next day, we’ll do our best to make it all worth while!
