As some of you are probably already aware, the spamfest that traditionally precedes the Breakspoll Awards season is in full swing! Now, I don’t really want to fan this already out of control brush fire with more vote pandering, so instead I just wanted to make those of you who haven’t a clue what I’m jabbering about aware of what will most probably be an excellent party hosted by the creme de la creme of breakbeat talent.
And Krafty Kuts (just kidding fella).

Hey gang!
Hubie Sounds is back on air on NSB Radio this Tuesday night. This time around we will be donning our rose tinted spectacles, digging through the old record crates and presenting the first in a series of retrospectives, focusing on classic breakbeat tunes from years gone by. And to celebrate the recent 20th anniversary of Ninja Tune, we’ll also be spinning some classics from that legendary leftfield label too.
But fear not hipsters, it won’t be one big nostalgia-fest! There will be plenty of fresh new tunes as well, including new stuff from Stanton Warriors, Krafty Kuts, 601 and loads more!

Greetings peeps.
Brrr it’s a bit chilly innit. Never fear, for Hubie Sounds is back on air this Tuesday night and we’ll be doing our best to warm your cockles. This week we have an excellent guest mix from Big Square Records head honcho and all round diamond cross-dresser Big Nick D (or Nicola Double D to some of his closer friends). I know I’m a bit late on this, I’ve only just recovered from the Breakspoll double-header at Fabric and Matter last week!
