Secret FM Set Time Confirmed

Hi everyone. My set time on Secret FM at The Secret Garden Party has been confirmed as 9-10pm on Saturday (25th July) UK time.

If you’re going to be at the festival, why not pop down to the Secret FM studio for a boogie! You can’t miss it – it’s the big chrome Airstream next to the Cider Barn, in the field with the ferris wheel. Come down and say hi and I’ll give you a shout out.

For those of you who aren’t attending the festival, you’ll be able to tune in to Secret FM via The Secret Garden Party website.

Big ups everyone.

Hi gang. Yes, that’s right – I won my section of the Secret FM Podcast Competition – so I will be playing live on Secret FM at The Secret Garden Party this weekend!

I owe you all a massive thank you for all of your support for my podcast, I really appreciate it. I couldn’t have won it without you. Big ups everyone.

If you’re going to the festival this weekend, make sure you pop down to the Secret FM booth/stage thingy and say hi and have a boogie. And if you’re not able to attend the festival, you’ll be able to listen to my set, as well as all the other wicked stuff on Secret FM, by visiting the Secret Garden Party website.

I don’t know what my set time is yet, but I’ll post it here when I find out. Alternatively, keep an eye on twitter for all the updates as they happen!

Alrighty, I’d better go and get some tunes together. Thanks again for all your support peeps.

Void vs Brap Spring Session @ Oxjam

14 May, 2009

Hiya Hubie Sounds fans!

I have good news and bad news… the bad news is there will be no Hubie Sounds show this Saturday. Boo! Hiss! I hear you cry! Well yes, that is a pity, but that brings me to the good news… instead, Brap FM will be broadcasting LIVE from the Oxjam Festival in Bristol!

Yes, that’s right, South Coast dance music scene online community www.outofthevoid.co.uk and Brighton based internet radio station Brap FM are joining forces for an all dayer charity fundraiser party!

The event will be taking place at The Farm (Hopetoun Road, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9YL click here for map / Click here for website) on Saturday 16 May 2009.

The list of DJs involved is as diverse as it gets, serving up all sorts of musical styles including dubstep, hiphop, breakbeat, jungle, drum & bass, breakcore, gabba, techno, house and much much more.

All proceeds from the tour will be donated to Oxfam as part of Oxjam music festival.

And this will all be broadcast live on Brap FM, so make sure you tune in cos it’s gonna be like having the festival in your own bedroom (or wherever it is you have your computer)!

Hubie Sounds will be taking another short break as of now, but fear not ye faithful, we will be back on the Brapwaves in June! Watch this space for more details, soon come 😉
