Void vs Brap Spring Session @ Oxjam

14 May, 2009

Hiya Hubie Sounds fans!

I have good news and bad news… the bad news is there will be no Hubie Sounds show this Saturday. Boo! Hiss! I hear you cry! Well yes, that is a pity, but that brings me to the good news… instead, Brap FM will be broadcasting LIVE from the Oxjam Festival in Bristol!

Yes, that’s right, South Coast dance music scene online community and Brighton based internet radio station Brap FM are joining forces for an all dayer charity fundraiser party!

The event will be taking place at The Farm (Hopetoun Road, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9YL click here for map / Click here for website) on Saturday 16 May 2009.

The list of DJs involved is as diverse as it gets, serving up all sorts of musical styles including dubstep, hiphop, breakbeat, jungle, drum & bass, breakcore, gabba, techno, house and much much more.

All proceeds from the tour will be donated to Oxfam as part of Oxjam music festival.

And this will all be broadcast live on Brap FM, so make sure you tune in cos it’s gonna be like having the festival in your own bedroom (or wherever it is you have your computer)!

Hubie Sounds will be taking another short break as of now, but fear not ye faithful, we will be back on the Brapwaves in June! Watch this space for more details, soon come 😉

Hubie x
