Alright you lovely lot. As I mentioned on my show the other night, I’m honoured to be playing at my good pal Big Nick D‘s night, Bank Of Switches, once again this Saturday night.
This time around Nick’s got the very excellent Meonmeown and Badly Dressed Boy as guests as well, so you can expect plenty of quality house music and party tunes all night long. There’s also a 3am licence this time so there will be plenty of time to get your groove on.

Hi everyone. Hubie Sounds is back this Tuesday with another Bass[sic] Session! Yep, me and the Bass[sic] team are throwing another big party in Shoreditch this weekend – with special guests Evil Nine, Purge and LOADS more – so to celebrate I’ll be presenting another show dedicated to all things bassy!
But wait, there’s more! This time around I’ll be joined in the studio by my good buddy and fellow Bass[sic] team member and resident DJ, Big Nick D! The Big Square Records head honcho will be hitting the decks with a live mix of all the big tunes that are exciting him at the moment. And I should warn you, he’s an excitable character so be prepared to be… yes that’s right, excited!

Greetings peeps.
Brrr it’s a bit chilly innit. Never fear, for Hubie Sounds is back on air this Tuesday night and we’ll be doing our best to warm your cockles. This week we have an excellent guest mix from Big Square Records head honcho and all round diamond cross-dresser Big Nick D (or Nicola Double D to some of his closer friends). Long time Hubie Sounds fans may remember Nick’s previous guest mix from a year or so ago and it was a techy barnstormer of a mix. Yes yes y’all, it’s time for another edition of your favourite Hubie-based adventure on the interweb airwaves!
This week, I’m honoured to present to you an exclusive guest mix from Big Square Records head honcho, noted cricket enthusiast and all round tip top geezer Big Nick D (he’s the one with the beard in the pic)! For more info about all things Big Nick-like, read on…
Big Nick D first appeared on planet Earth in the late 1970’s & got into music not long after. He enjoys beer, cricket & dance music of most genres. In the past he has been a resident DJ at The Rhythm Factory & Broken House, had guest mixes on Ministry Of Sound Radio, Breaks FM & NSB Radio among others. As well as playing tunes from across the breakbeat spectrum Nick has been known to dabble in a bit of production.
Nick founded Big Square Records in 2003, a small breakbeat label that pushes a more leftfield breaks sound that’s released tunes by Merka, Ben & Lex, M.I. Loki, LBJ, High Eight, Break The Box, Curl & Dean, Hektagon & more.
