The first Hubie Sounds of 2012 airs this Tuesday night and I thought, in order to help chase away the January blues, I’d fill the show with funky beats and warm, soulful vibes. So yeah, ‘why not do a funk & soul special?’ I thought to myself. I haven’t done one for a long time so another one is well overdue really, I’m sure you’d agree!
You can expect to hear funky tunes old and new by the likes of Curtis Mayfield, The Isley Brothers, James Brown, Featurecast, A.Skillz, Nick Thayer and many more!
