The sound of advent calendars being cracked open nationwide this first day of December can mean only one thing: whether we like it or not, the silly season is now upon us in full effect. So, in between nomming the first chocs of the season, I’m sure a lot of you have been scratching your heads trying to figure out what to do for New year’s Eve… will you bother with that ridiculously over-priced, crowded and soulless rave hosted by the Ministry Of Pounds that, on any other night of the year, would cost a tenth of the price of admission perhaps?
