A quick venue update:

Due to The Cornershop making a temporary booking mixup, this Saturday Bass[sic] will be taking place upstairs in the bar on street level and not downstairs in the basement. But don’t worry, the music will be banging, the guest DJ lineup is still the same and of course entry is still FREE all night long!

We recommend you get down nice and early to ensure entry because with a temporarily reduced capacity the venue is bound to be rammed early doors! We look forward to seeing you!

Yeah I know I’m a tad late on this (only by 4 days), but I’ve pretty much only just woken up from my post-NYE coma so better late than never I guess!

Hiya peeps!

Firstly, I’d just like to thank everyone who came down to the NuSkoolBreaks.co.uk Xmas bash on Saturday night. It was a cracking night with some great sets from all the DJs, we all hope you enjoyed it. And extra special big ups to all the hardcore ravers who stuck around ’til the end for my set, it was much appreciated! Same time next year, yeah?

Anyhoo, the silly season is fully upon us now, whether we like it or not, so I thought I’d present another Christmas Special. However, bearing in mind that I went very Christmassy last year, in the interests of balance I thought I’d go the opposite route this time and present an Alternative Christmas Special.

This time I’ll keep the seasonal references to a minimum and instead focus on the music that’s rocked my world throughout 2011 with Hubie’s Tunes Of The Year! I’ll also be re-broadcasting two of my favourite guest mixes from Hubie Sounds shows this year, but I’m not saying which ones yet… will it be when Pimpsoul joined me in the studio? Or maybe one of Big Nick D’s barnstorming mix sessions? You’ll have to wait and see
